Get help with returns, exchanges, and refunds
Issue with your purchase? We're happy to help. Within 15 days of the ship date, please return your unused purchase in its original packaging to our shipping office in order to receive a refund, in and only if damaged or due to manufacture defect with the 15 day return policy. Restocking fee of 20% may apply if it is not a related manufacture defect.
Send us a note in your package, or email us at email@example.com with: your order number (or the name of the purchaser, if it was a gift) the issue with your order let us know if we can help, or just let us know a return is on the way.

We cannot exchange or refund:
Shipping charges (unless we have made a shipping error)
Items in worn or damaged condition
Returns or exchanges after 15 days of the ship date
Final sale items / product subscriptions, such as the Coffee Club
Need a different product? If you are exchanging merchandise, please let us know by note or email your order number (or the name of the purchaser, if it was a gift) and what you’d like in exchange, and we will email you a shipping label.
Sorry, unless it was our fulfillment or product error, returns and refunds are not eligible for return shipping labels.
As soon as we receive the item back in its original packaging and in unused condition within the 15 days from ship date, refunds will be refunded back to your original method of payment, minus shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20%. A notification of your refund will be immediately messaged to the email address on file.
